The Garage presents Guitar Wars! Bands will be competing for $15,000 in CASH and prizing. It is free to enter and all genres of music accepted!
I am pleased to be a judge at the finals in January, 2011.
Guitar Wars are a series of concerts that feature six independent bands, each with a 40 minute set to showcase their best material. Any type of genre of music is welcome and its free to sign up. These are all ages events with a licensed area so everyone can come out.

The semi finals start up in May and will feature six bands where one winner will move to the finals in June where Guitar Wars is giving away $15,000 in cash and prizing to the top five bands. Our sponsors include, Long & McQuade, Euphonic Studio and vocal training for the top three prize winners with me. Advance tickets are $10 which can be purchased through the bands. Each and any additional tickets sold beyond 20 will earn the band 50% of their sales.
The Garage, located inside Grand Prix Kartways' located in Downsview Park, features a 20 x 15 foot stage with a full P.A. and killer lighting system. The room is 5000 square feet and holds about 300 people standing.
